Healey Highlights Differences

The Republican Party's gubernatorial ticket is holding a post-primary press conference in Boston this morning. Kerry Healey and her running mate Reed Hilman plan to unveil what they're calling their "new solutions to improve Massachusetts."

At an event in Boston last night, Healey, the current lieutenant governor, welcomed the Democratic Party's winning candidate, Deval Patrick, to the race for November. And, as WBUR's Deborah Becker reports, the Healey campaign has already begun highlighting the differences between the two candidates.

This program aired on September 19, 2006. The audio for this program is not available.
