Boston Firms Fund Clear Channel Deal

Clear Channel Communications has agreed to a buyout offer from two Boston-based private equity firms. Bain Capital Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners will pay almost $19 billion for the country's largest radio network. They'll also assume another $8 billion dollars in debt.
