Patrick Transition Process & Priorities

This Friday, the Patrick transition team will host the first of its statewide community meetings. In Boston, members of the public will be able to weigh in on workforce development. In Amherst, people will have a chance to talk about higher education.

Meanwhile, Governor-elect Deval Patrick has charged the groups working on his transition process with producing broad policies by December 15th.

At the same time, members of the core group are considering candidates for appointment to the Patrick administration. WBUR's Fred Thys reports on the transition so far.
