Concerns About Dept. of Public Health

BOSTON, Mass. - November 07, 2006 - Public health hasn't been a key issue in this campaign, but the next governor will have to think about it. From possible flu pandemics to West Nile Virus and the obesity epidemic, the profile of public health has rarely been higher in Massachusetts.

But some are questioning the health of the state health department. WBUR's health and science reporter Allan Coukell explains.
