Menino's State of the City

In his 10th address on the State of the City Address. Mayor Tom Menino focused on the importance of Boston's neighborhoods. In fact, this is the first time the speech has been delivered outside of the downtown district.

Menino also highlighted changes in several areas of his administration, especially in his Cabinet and the city's infrastructure.
