A Wet Win for Marathon Runners
Thousands of runners are waking up sore this morning with the 111th edition of the race in the record books. Despite the heavy rain and winds during the race, many runners say it wasn't as bad as they anticipated.
Some runners were treated for hypothermia, but exact figures aren't available.
As WBUR'S Alex Ashlock reports, when all was said and done, it was the third victory for the winner of the men's race, with a newcomer finishing first for the women.
