Details of Patrick's Casino Bill

Governor Patrick turns his plan to make casino gambling legal and lucrative in Massachusetts over to the legislature today when he files a bill with hundreds of pages of detail.

It outlines how the state would judge bids from developers, who would benefit from casino revenues and how the state would make sure all the money is accounted for.
