Conversation with Rep. Tsongas

Niki Tsongas is going to Washington. Voters in the 5th Congressional District yesterday delivered a win to the Democrat who could be sworn in as soon as today, and head to congress for a vote tomorrow.

Tsongas will now represent a district once held by her late husband, Paul Tsongas, and she'll serve as the first woman in the Massachusetts delegation since 1983.
