Home Heating Costs
According to "The Old Farmer's Almanac," this winter in the North East will be about a degree milder than normal. But it still won't be warm enough to alleviate the costs of heating.
The price of home heating oil is on the rise again. On average, in Massachusetts it costs $2.75 a gallon, forty cents higher than it was at this time last year.
WBUR's Bob Oakes reports.
