COLUMBIA, S.C. - January 31, 2007 - Former Governor Mitt Romney spent two days campaigning in South Carolina where he faced questions about whether his Mormon faith would be an impediment to his presidential aspirations.

Romney also received several important political endorsements while visiting the state
