BOSTON, Mass. - October 19, 2007 - Boston is again the backdrop for a new Hollywood movie. In "Gone Baby Gone," as in last year's Oscar-winning film, "The Departed," the city is as much the star of the film as any of the principal actors.
"Gone Baby Gone," an adaptation of Dennis Lehane's crime novel, is also a homecoming for two Boston-area brothers. Casey Affleck stars under the direction of his brother Ben. WBUR critic-at-large Ed Siegel has this review.
