Countdown to Super Tuesday

It's the final weekend of campaigning before "Super Tuesday." Next week, some two dozen states, including Massachusetts, will hold their nominating primary elections.

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are competing for 121 Democratic delegates in Massachusetts. That's the fifth biggest tally for Democrats on Tuesday.

The Republicans will award their 43 Massachusetts delegates to Mitt Romney, John McCain, Mike Huckabee or Ron Paul on the same day.

There's a lot at stake. Our political analysts join WBUR's Bob Oakes this morning to talk about it all. On the Democratic side, Dan Payne, and from the Republican side, Todd Domke. They both write for the Boston Globe.

This program aired on February 1, 2008. The audio for this program is not available.
