BPL Trust Fund Expenditures

The City of Boston will no longer require the Boston Public Library to submit some trust fund expenditures for approval. Additionally, the library has agreed to give the city an accounting of how it spends trust fund money.

It's the latest in a fight over how the library will be managed.
