Foreclosed Tenants Fight Eviction

Foreclosure filings jumped 24 percent from September to October, according to numbers out yesterday from real estate tracking firm, The Warren Group.

As foreclosures continue, more renters are finding themselves evicted when their landlords default on loans. WBUR's Adam Ragusea has this story about one group of tenants who fought eviction and won.
