BOSTON, Mass. - March 20, 2008 - In the wake of the financial services crisis that's shaking Wall Street, Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank is calling for stricter regulations of investment banks.
Frank is outlining his plan in a speech to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce this morning. WBUR's Curt Nickisch reports.
