Obama Names Sen. Gregg As Commerce Secretary

President Barack Obama has named New Hampshire Sen. Judd Gregg as his commerce secretary.

But Gregg says he'll only accept the nomination if the governor of New Hampshire appoints a Republican to replace him in the U.S. Senate.
