Though the drizzle that fell in the Boston area early Wednesday eventually petered out, state emergency management officials are keeping their eyes on rivers that are expected to crest later in the day and early Thursday.

The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency says the biggest concerns are in southeastern Massachusetts, and MEMA's Peter Judge joined WBUR Wednesday morning to roundup the latest on the state's rain and flooding situation.

This program aired on March 31, 2010.
