About 60 Libyan-Americans and supporters gathered in Copley Square Saturday afternoon to show support for Libyans fighting Col. Moammar Gadhafi and to thank international forces who are coming to their aid.

Rabia Musmaria from Westborough held a sign that read "Thank You USA.”

“I know it's hard, we have our own problem in America, but it's a big help for us," Musmaria said. “The no-fly zone makes a big difference.”

Musmaria says she's able to stay in touch with family through the Internet but worries daily about their safety. NATO has agreed to enforce the no-fly zone. Some Arab leaders say air attacks this week on areas under Gadhafi’s control were too aggressive.

This program aired on March 27, 2011. The audio for this program is not available.
