'We're Not Leaving,' Says Occupy Boston

"We're not leaving" is the message from several members of the Occupy Boston movement following recent calls for them to vacate their Dewey Square encampment.

In one corner of the wind-whipped square, 32-year-old Jose Wiley presides over the logistics tent, a catch-all hardware store of sorts.

Wiley says the call to leave is ridiculous.

"Basically I think it boils down to, they're afraid."

Wiley says the protesters have been working hard to maintain the camp.

"We've been cleaning this place up, top to bottom. We've spaced the tents. We're taking tents down," Wiley said. "We're also cleaning up a lot of the trouble-makers."
