Teen Charged In Robbery That Left Woburn Officer Wounded

A third person has been charged in connection with the attempted robbery of a jewelry store robbery in which a Woburn police officer was wounded.

A spokeswoman for Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone said 17-year-old Erianiss Murillo of Boston was arrested Wednesday morning. She was scheduled to be arraigned later Wednesday in Woburn District Court on charges of masked armed robbery, armed assault with intent to murder and carrying a firearm without a license.

Two other people have been charged in the case, including Antonio Matos, who is accused of shooting Officer Robert DeNapoli several times after a robbery attempt at Musto Jewelers in September. Matos has pleaded not guilty to assault with intent to murder and masked armed robbery.
