Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney won the Iowa caucuses Tuesday night by a mere eight votes. Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum came in second, with Rep. Ron Paul a few percentage points behind.

WBUR reporter Bianca Vazquez Toness joined Morning Edition with more on what's next in the race.

This program aired on January 4, 2012.
