Hundreds of people gathered at the New England Sikh Society in Milford Monday night to remember the six people killed at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin on Sunday.

Veena Khar Chani, a founding member of the temple, said the doors of the worship center will remain open to everyone, but there will be more vigilance.

"We will not do anything different," Chani said. "We will continue to do our traditional way of praising the Lord. And, we would just have some more protection."

Local police have agreed to provide more protection.
