Boston Detectives Investigate Double Shooting

Boston detectives are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead in the city's Roxbury section.

Authorities say that at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday, officers answered a call about a gunshot victim on Harold Street.

The victim was transported by Boston EMS to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

Authorities say that while still at the scene, officers were told of a second possible gunshot victim on Holworthy Street. The victim was transported to Beth Israel Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Boston Police homicide detectives are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to call detectives at (617) 343-4470.
