Aaron Hernandez Hearing Delayed

Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will be back in court next month after a judge agreed to delay a probable cause hearing to allow prosecutors more time to present evidence to a grand jury.

Hernandez pleaded not guilty last month in the murder of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd.

Defense attorneys criticized the delay, saying Hernandez will ultimately be exonerated and deserves a chance to challenge the evidence against him.
