Expert: Mixed Verdict Shows Jury Did Their Job

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly managing editor David Frank joined WBUR's All Things Considered to decipher the verdict in the trial of James "Whitey" Bulger. He said the fact that the jury did not find Bulger guilty of all 32 counts shows they were able to "understand the concept of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and decipher evidence that they felt met that burden against evidence that didn't."
