It's cold out there, and no one feels it more than the homeless.

Homeless shelters in Boston are reporting that they're filled to capacity as people try to escape the single-digit temperatures.

Barbara Trevison, a spokeswoman for the Pine Street Inn, joined WBUR's Morning Edition to talk about the conditions inside the shelter.
