There are three Democrats running to become the next governor of Massachusetts. But one is the clear front-runner.

The latest WBUR tracking poll shows Attorney General Martha Coakley with a double-digit lead over the other two candidates.

She also leads in the hypothetical head-to-head matchup with Republican front-runner Charlie Baker.

As part of our ongoing series of conversations with the Democratic and Republican gubernatorial candidates, WBUR's Bob Oakes sat down with the attorney general at her campaign headquarters in Somerville. Hear the full interview in the audio player above.

This segment aired on September 4, 2014.
