Authorities say the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Firefighters and environmental crews were called in to address the spill, and parts of I-95 were closed for several hours. No other motorists were involved in the accident.

Authorities say JP Noonan Transportation of Hooksett, N. H., owns the truck.
