President Trump announced his decision to withdraw the United States from the Paris climate accord on Thursday. Trump says the deal gives other countries an economic edge over the U.S.

David Cash, dean of the McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies at UMass Boston and former commissioner of the state's Department of Environmental Protection, joined WBUR's All Things Considered to help sort out the economic and environmental implications of Trump's decision.
