Forecast: Clouds Fill In This Afternoon

After a beautiful morning of comfortably cool air and sunshine, we will see some showers moving south of New England later this evening, causing some cloudiness today. In general, the weather the next several days looks great and only minor fluctuations in temperature.

You can see the rainfall move into the south coast of New England tonight and depending on the precise location of a little wave of low pressure, the rain could make it up toward the Massachusetts Turnpike. Any rain would be welcome even after yesterday's showers, which didn't amount to much in many locations.

Tonight will be milder than last night with the cloud cover and more moisture in the air, but we will dry out again during the day tomorrow.

The best day of the next several is probably Friday, with plenty of sunshine and pleasantly warm temperatures. Over the weekend, a warm front will approach the area and then a cold front may bring the chance for a couple of showers Saturday and Sunday. Although since we're in this dry pattern, I don't expect much in the way of rainfall but it will limit the possible sunshine.

If you don't like humidity then Saturday evening and Sunday will be the time you might want to hang out inside as it will become quite muggy once again. But it won't last more than about 24 hours.
