FDA Recalling Frozen Dinner Shipped To Massachusetts Stores

The Federal Food and Drug Administration is recalling frozen dinners shipped to Massachusetts supermarkets that it says could be contaminated with Salmonella.

A Hungry-Man dinner labeled "chipotle BBQ sauced boneless chicken wyngz" with a best-by date of Sept. 6, 2019, may contain whey powder contaminated with Salmonella, according to a statement from the FDA.

The products were also shipped to Pennsylvania and Virginia. Anyone that purchased the dinner is urged not to eat it.

More food could be recalled as inspectors determine what other products used the whey powder, the FDA says.
