Forecast: Cool Tuesday, Warmer And Muggier Wednesday

We haven't had a nice weekend for a while and it does look like this upcoming weekend is going to be absolutely fantastic. We've got a few more days of some clouds and maybe even a shower, but in general we're in a dry pattern once again.

Today will be relatively cool with temperatures a little bit below average, into the low to mid-70s. Look for a lot of clouds and a little bit of spotty drizzle this morning. I think the sun will start to break through this afternoon.

A frontal system approaches the area overnight and adds the humidity back into the forecast. This also brings the chance for showers tonight and early tomorrow and then again during the middle part of tomorrow afternoon along with a thunderstorm. If we don't see any rain from this, it's not going to rain again until perhaps next Monday. Therefore it's time to start watering once again after the adequate rain we've had in the past month.

Temperatures will be quite warm tomorrow, getting into the low to mid-80s, and with the humidity is going to be a bit uncomfortable. The drier air comes sweeping back in for Thursday and into the weekend.

It will start heating up for the second part of the weekend and by early next week. Summer is definitely not over.
