7-Eleven Launches Low-Priced Wine Brand
The wines will be sold under the Yosemite Road label and will be available in the U.S. and Japan. A chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon will retail for about $3.99. The wines are being made by The Wine Group in California, which is the world's third-largest wine producer.

And it's a new wine offering that provides us with our last word in business today: Big Gulp.
7-Eleven says it will now be offering a chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon, both produced here in California and selling for just under $4 a bottle. The convenience store says it hopes to appeal to customers coping with the economic downturn. It will be featuring the wines at some 15,000 7-Elevens where you can pair - well, the red at least - with a beef jerky Slim Jim.
