STEVE INSKEEP, host:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep. This could happen to anybody. Albert Perkins lost his wallet. Took it out at the bank. That's the last time he saw it. What makes this awkward is that Mr. Perkins was robbing the bank at the time. He left his wallet on the counter of the First Federal Bank in Kansas City. Police used the driver's license to ID the robber, leading to his guilty plea. On the day he leaves prison we presume his wallet will be returned to him, along with the contents.
