Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.

Just think of all the trips that Frank Van Buren might have taken. He's a New York accountant. He has two ExxonMobil credit cards and he ordered two new ones because the old ones were expiring. Instead of sending two cards, Exxon sent two boxes of cards - 2,000 cards in all, each with his name and account number. Instead of handing them to 2,000 best friends, Van Buren has now been shredding the cards one by one.
