We're back with ALL THINGS CONSIDERED from NPR News. I'm Linda Wertheimer.

A correction now. Last week, we interviewed Paul Solotaroff about his article in Men's Journal in which he linked bear attacks near Yellowstone National Park to, among other things, climate change.

During our interview, we said that we had contacted the Park Service and that there have indeed been bear attacks in the park. That is not true. The bear attacks occurred near Yellowstone but not within the park's boundaries.

As we mentioned during the interview, officials at Yellowstone still maintain that despite Mr. Solotaroff's evidence, there is no direct link between climate change and the behavior of bears in or near Yellowstone Park. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
