AARP Targeted for Opposing Social Security Overhaul
AARP, the nation's largest senior advocacy group, is the target of a media campaign by supporters of President Bush's plan to overhaul Social Security. One advertisement, run by the group USA Next, portrayed the AARP as supportive of gay marriage at the expense of U.S. troops. Hear Newsweek columnist Jonathan Alter and NPR's Jacki Lyden.
