Cannibal Chronicler, Tobias Schneebaum
In 1955, Tobias Schneebaum, an artist and anthropologist who died last week, hitchhiked to Peru in 1955 and vanished in the jungle. Seven months later he reappeared, covered in body paint, with tales of life with a tribe of cannibals. Host Michele Norris talks to Laurie Shapiro, who helped make a film about Schneebaum.
