NPR People: David Bianculli

David Bianculli has been a TV critic since 1975. He's been a Fresh Air contributor since the show's inception. From 1993-2007 Bianculli was a TV critic for the New York Daily News. Bianculli has written two books, Teleliteracy: Taking Television Seriously and Dictionary of Teleliteracy, and has spent far too many years not writing a third, on The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour. His on-line magazine is called TVWorthWatching.com.
