In February, Only A Game’s Doug Tribou profiled Division III collegiate swimmer Kendra Stern, who’s been posting Division-I-caliber times while maintaining a dual major in Spanish and art history at Amherst College in Western Massachusetts.

Last week at the NCAA D-III championships in Knoxville, Tennessee, Stern won three individual national titles, bringing her career total to 10.  Stern, who grew up in Albuquerque, NM, set national D-III records in the 200-yard and 500-yard freestyle events. The senior was also named National Swimmer of the Year.

To learn more and see photos of the star swimmer in action, listen to Doug's original story about Kendra Stern.

This segment aired on April 2, 2011.
