This week’s show features “Blues Danube” by Blues Control from The Space Project. The piece is not to be confused with “Blue Bayou,” which Linde Ronstadt sang, or with “Blues With A Feeling,” which the Paul Butterfield Band used to perform, or with the second-longest river in Europe.
We’ve also referenced the “Cheers Theme” by Gary Portnoy. If the composer ever groused about that song, we could refer to that act as portnoy’s complaint, but so far as we know, he didn’t.
