What is the current state of affairs in Afghanistan, and what should the US be doing about it? Afghanistan and the international community try to hold together a tenuous coalition despite significant conflict and chaos in Kabul and beyond.
Unless more is done at this point, Afghanistan may well fall back in to the patterns of warlordism and feuding that plagued it in the past. What hopes do we have of establishing peace in the region, and how can we go about doing that?
