The political, economic, cultural and personal reconstructing of nations and its people have long been a hot topic in the movies, as far back as the silent screen and Birth of a Nation. Movies like Gone with the Wind, MacArthur, Judgment at Nuremberg and Three Kings have plotted around post war rebuilding.
