Now, the real challenge for Arnold Schwarzenegger will be turning California around.

But no matter what happens in the Golden State, the recall is a big statement. And today, everyone, from the citizens of California, to the pundits in Washington, to the White House and Democratic Presidential challengers, is thinking through what it means.
