photoAfter four days of foot-stomping delegates, big parties and big speeches, the Democratic National Convention wrapped up last night with John Kerry's acceptance speech and a rapturous response from the party faithful.

With a little over three months until the election and the Republican National Convention just around the corner, John Kerry and John Edwards will spend the next two weeks traveling to battleground states, trying to ride the post-DNC wave of enthusiasm as far as it will take them. But just how strong that wave is or whether it will give Kerry the votes he really needs — the votes in battleground states — has yet to be seen.
