photoJames Hand hails from the small town heart of Texas and he has been singing and playing his way through dance halls, salons and jute joints for about four decades now.

He began at age 12 and now at 55 he is just out with a national debut album.

His music is catapulting out of Texas, across the United States and beyond. With an authentic waver in his voice, Hand's lonesome, straight up honky-tonk will make you tap you tap your toes and dream a dream of Texas.

James Hand, singer/songwriter, who has been playing honky-tonk country music since he was twelve. He released his first nationally-distributed album, The Truth Will Set You Free, at the age of 53.
