Here at On Point, we've been looking a lot lately at how startups and technology are disrupting our economy — and our lives. Everything from the way we drive to the way we shop seems to be ripe for innovation.

The way we travel, too, has been flipped on its head, in large part thanks to Airbnb. But with a large-scale disruption like this one comes questions about law, ethics and very the ways we live our lives.

Today our host Tom Ashbrook is sitting down with Airbnb's Head of Global Policy and Public Affairs Chris Lehane to talk about how we can embrace disruption. What can legacy businesses can learn from innovators like Airbnb, which has re-imagined an entire business sector?
