Recent bus crashes in New Jersey and New York have piqued the public's interest, and perhaps suspicion, regarding discount bus operations.

How many of us have grabbed a $10 ride between Boston and New York?  They're great for the wallet, but how safe are these operations? We take a closer look at the commercial regulation of these buses and public safety.
