'Super Voters' Set The Terms In Mass. Municipal Races
ResumeIt was Election Day across the Commonwealth on Tuesday, and as predicted, voter turnout was low almost everywhere, leaving the results in the hands of so-called super voters — people who tend to vote in every election no matter what. But what turned out to be less predictable is just who those super-voters were, and who they liked.
