On the day of the first in the nation primary, we examine how New Hampshire managed to secure and maintan its position at the head of the pack. WBUR's political reporter, David Boeri has this report on the history of the New Hampshire primary, and how voters there consider some alternative ideas about how to pick Presidential candidates.
